2. General provisions
Using evava.ru means unconditional acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you disagree, stop using the website. This Policy applies only to evava.ru and not to third-party websites linked from it.
I do not independently verify the accuracy of personal data supplied by Users and rely on their good faith.
3. Data covered by this policy
This Policy sets out obligations to protect personal data supplied when registering, ordering a digital product or subscription, subscribing to a mailing list or contacting support.
Data collected may include a name or pseudonym, email address and, optionally, country and city of residence. The website uses cookies for functionality, including authentication, and anonymous statistics. Disabling cookies may limit access to some sections.

4. Purposes of processing
Personal data is used only to process and deliver digital products or activate subscriptions; respond to requests and provide support; provide access to a personal account; send informational and marketing emails with consent; ensure security and prevent fraud; and perform obligations under the digital-goods sales agreement.
5. Processing procedure and period
Data is processed for as long as needed for these purposes, but no longer than three years after the last interaction unless the law requires otherwise.
Data is not disclosed to third parties except Robokassa for payment processing, technical contractors such as hosting and email providers only to the extent necessary, and authorised Russian state bodies when legally required.
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect data from unauthorised access. In the event of a personal data breach, Users will be notified within a reasonable time.
6. Rights and obligations
Users must provide accurate data and update it when it changes. I undertake to use data only for the purposes listed above, keep it confidential and secure, and on request clarify what data is stored or delete it where this does not conflict with law or performance of the agreement.
7. Liability and other terms
Liability for breach of this Policy is determined under the laws of the Russian Federation. I am not liable for a data leak caused by circumstances beyond my control, including a hosting provider’s actions, compromise of a personal device or public information.
