Payment

1. Payment methods

Payments for digital products and subscriptions offered on evava.ru are processed through the Robokassa payment aggregator.

You may pay using bank cards, electronic wallets and other methods available in the Robokassa interface at the time of payment.

2. Payment security

Transactions use a secure connection and modern encryption protocols. Robokassa complies with the PCI DSS security standard.

As a self-employed seller, I do not receive or store your payment details; payment data is processed by Robokassa.

3. Confirmation and access

After successful payment, the email address supplied with the order receives payment confirmation and a download link or activation and subscription instructions.

A personal account is created with the order. It can be used to view purchase history, access purchased digital products and manage active subscriptions where this feature is available.

Digital goods and subscriptions supplied immediately in electronic form are not refundable in the cases provided by applicable Russian law. Subscriptions renew automatically only if this option is selected; renewal can be cancelled in the personal account or by contacting support.

For issues with payment, access to a digital product or a subscription, email support@evava.ru. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
