FAQ — EVA Voice Assistant

Answers about downloading, licensing, activation, and offline speech recognition.

EVA Voice Assistant is a Windows application for voice control. It supports offline speech recognition and voice commands for apps and simulators.

Go to the download page and choose the Windows installer. For paid features, purchase a license in your user cabinet.

Open the purchase page, enter your Machine ID (or select a registered machine), and proceed to payment via Robokassa.

Machine ID is a unique identifier of your PC used to bind the license. You can enter it with or without dashes. Example: ABC-123-DEF-456-789-XXX.

After successful payment, you will see your license key in the user cabinet. Run EVA as Administrator and enter the license key to activate full functionality.

  1. Check microphone permission and select the correct input device.
  2. Make sure the offline model is installed (if applicable).
  3. Run EVA as Administrator and test short commands.
  4. Disable aggressive noise suppression in your audio driver settings.

If you already have an active license for a Machine ID, you can renew it from your cabinet with a discount (if available).

If you have issues with payment or activation, contact support via the contact page.

Yes. Each EVA build is tested on VirusTotal before publication.

Sometimes Microsoft Defender/SmartScreen may block or quarantine installers from non‑Store developers (especially if the file is new or unsigned). If this happens:
  1. Restore the file from quarantine and add it to exclusions (only if you downloaded it from the official EVA site).
  2. Temporarily disable real-time protection for installation, then enable it back.
  3. Check the file on VirusTotal and re-download from the official source if needed.
