Delivery

1. Delivery format

All products and services on evava.ru are digital and are provided exclusively in electronic form. No physical delivery is made.

After successful payment, access is provided by email, with a payment confirmation and download link or activation instructions, and in the personal account created during registration, where purchased materials are available.

2. Delivery time

Access to digital goods is granted automatically after payment confirmation, normally within 1–10 minutes.

If you have not received an email and cannot see the order in your personal account within 30 minutes, contact support@evava.ru.

3. Re-accessing materials

You may download purchased files again through your personal account while they are stored on the server. Access to materials is guaranteed for 30 days from purchase.

Please save the files to your device immediately after receipt. After 30 days an archive may be removed and restoration is not guaranteed. In exceptional cases, such as a technical error on our side, contact support and we will try to help.
